• Client Assets: The client retains all intellectual property rights over their trademarks, logos, content, and materials provided for the project. • JCCSYS Deliverables: Upon full settlement of agreed fees, the client receives full usage rights to the delivered final solution. JCCSYS retains the right to display the completed work in its professional portfolio unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed. • Website Content: All graphics, source code, and design on jccsys.digital are the exclusive property of JCCSYS.

Projects are quoted individually. As a standard procedure, an initial deposit is required to begin planning and architecture phases, with milestone-based installments upon approvals prior to production deployment.

JCCSYS guarantees the proper functioning of developed software in compliance with approved specifications, providing a post-launch warranty window for bug fixes at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover modifications made by third parties, external hosting server outages, or force majeure events.

JCCSYS is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences arising from improper usage of deliverables, nor for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure or external APIs not managed by us.
